The objective of this project was to design a shape with the purpose of creating a typeface based entirely off of that form. My lowercase typeface, Saber, embraces geometric parallelograms which convey as aesthetic similar to a razor, blade, or kitchen knife. The are size different parallelograms total within the whole set. The Saber booklet breaks down each character and provides instructions on how to physically assemble the parallelogram pieces on a 4 unit by 11 unit grid.
